missingWrote a review on 28 Novnoisy environment
Nighttime noise from the function room created a significant disturbance, especially on Saturday, with thumping music echoing into the rooms until 11pm. The wayfinding signage led to confusion about parking access, requiring a bit of a trek to figure out the right entry point for the hotel and car park.

i can’t believe the noise from the bar kept me up all night, absolutley unacceptable. when i asked for an upgrade due to this inconvenience, the staff acted like they had better things to do. also, the room fridge was lacking a freezer, really? i wanted ice cream, not a warm fridge.

Fantastic food options in the bistro downstairs. The room lacked an external window and felt a bit cramped.

will come back
The Superior King Room was very up-to-date and had double glazed windows, so it was whisper quiet. Loved the fridge and electric kettle for late-night snacks. The restaurant downstairs had excellent food.

great view but food could improve
The city view from my room was stunning, making mornings truly special. I also found the staff to be attentive and friendly during my stay, which added a personal touch to the experience. The location was very convenient, allowing easy access to local attractions and the beach.
The bistro meal I ordered was disappointing.

Had a blast with friends at this spot! We checked out the Wollongong Golf Club and had a great time at the harbor. The dinners were top-notch and the location is super convenient, just a short walk from the station. Definitely recommend for groups looking to have fun and relax!
Our room was clean but a bit ordinary with no opening windows, so the aircon had to run constantly. Some of my friends had way better rooms with external windows and balconies.

I had a great stay! The family room was spacious with two rooms and both had their own bathrooms. The furniture and bathroom facilities looked brand new, and I loved the enormous balconies. The staff were friendly and very accommodating.
There were occasional loud noises from visitors to the hotel bar.
